What is a squad?
A squad is a team of alumni with a defined function within the Tunisia88 structure. There are 11 squads in total, grouped into four families: Field Network, Operations, Outreach, and Music and Training.
How do former members get involved after school?
Graduates who want to stay involved apply to join a squad in the area that fits their skills and interests. Over time, squad members can move into leadership roles within their squad or across the broader alumni network.
How does the alumni network cover the whole country?
Alumni supervisors are assigned across all 26 administrative regions. They support newer coordinators, ensure consistent program quality and act as the link between local clubs and the national structure.
