What happens every year
These are the program activities that run on the annual cycle, reaching every club in every governorate.
Every elected club leader attends three alumni-delivered trainings each mandate: leadership, creativity, and club sustainability.
The Song Contest and Event Contest run each year, with international judges for the Song Contest and winners announced at the Alumni Summit.
Each year, 400 young musicians audition for and perform in 11 regional choirs, many presenting original repertoire.
Experienced alumni supervisors mentor newer coordinators across all 26 administrative regions, ensuring consistent quality in every governorate.
Two annual summits bring the full alumni network together to celebrate, elect leadership, and set direction for the next cycle.
Monthly reports on club activity are published in Arabic, French and English, shared with institutional partners and the Ministry of Education.
From 88 concerts to clubs in every public high school
The program grew in three deliberate phases, each one wider than the last.
88 concerts staged and 76 music clubs founded in public high schools across every governorate of Tunisia.
A music club created in each of the remaining 511 public high schools, putting music in every public high school in the country.
Securing the lasting future of all 596 clubs across Tunisia, combining public high schools and a growing network of partner schools.
What it changes
The club changed how my daughter manages her time and leads others. Her musical knowledge grew, but so did her confidence.
The club gave our school a cultural life it did not have before. Music belongs in this community, and now it is here.
