Leadership Training 1
The first training newly elected club leaders receive, during the Celebration & Vision quadrant. It onboards them into the Tunisia88 community and gives them the tools to lead their club inclusively.
By the end, they can
- Take responsibility and initiative for the club
- Know Tunisia88's mission, annual cycle and key activities
- Practice active listening and positive communication

Creativity Training
A hands-on training that gives young musicians the attitudes, skills and musical know-how to write their own songs and bring creative work back to their clubs with the means they already have.
By the end, they can
- Lead and manage a creative process

- Build a climate that is good for group work and creativity
- Know the structure and techniques to create a song

Leadership Training 2
The second leadership training builds on LT1, taking leaders deeper into keeping a club alive, creating events, and leading their team through the harder, later stages of the year.

- Lead a team through change and the adjourning stage
- Hand a stronger club to the next leader

What trainings does Tunisia88 offer?
There are three trainings across the year: Leadership Training 1, Creativity Training, and Leadership Training 2. Each targets specific skills for club leaders and members, from running meetings and managing a team to developing creative projects.
Who delivers the trainings?
All trainings are delivered by Tunisia88 alumni who have completed a Training of Trainers program. The curriculum is carried forward by people who went through the program themselves.
What is the Training of Trainers?
The Training of Trainers is a program through which experienced alumni learn to design and deliver the Tunisia88 curriculum. It ensures quality stays consistent as the program scales, without depending on outside consultants.
Do I need prior music experience to take part?
No prior music experience is required for the leadership and creativity trainings. The curriculum focuses on leadership, project management and creative thinking, not music theory or performance skills.
When during the year are the trainings held?
Leadership Training 1 runs in September, Creativity Training in October and November, and Leadership Training 2 in December. The schedule follows the school calendar across all 24 governorates.
